In Stillness, We Rise Strong

Every cancer journey is different. The diagnosis, the treatment, the timeline — no two paths look the same.

But some things are universal.

The loneliness that creeps in, even when you're surrounded by people who love you. The exhaustion that goes deeper than sleep can fix. The days when hope feels impossibly far away. The weight of trying to stay strong for everyone else while quietly falling apart inside.

We see you. We've been there.

Our name comes from a simple truth: "Be still and know that I am God." — Psalm 46:10. In the chaos of appointments, treatments, and fear, there is strength in stillness. Not giving up. Not pretending everything is fine. Just... being. And knowing you're held.

Still & Strong Studios exists to wrap comfort around you, remind you that you're not alone, and build a community that holds space for the hard days and the hopeful ones.

In stillness, we rise strong — together.

Why We’re Here

Meet Ginny

Ginny Allaby is the founder of Still & Strong Studios and the author of In Stillness, We Rise Strong. She is a cancer survivor, U.S. Army veteran, and a certified Reiki Master Teacher registered with the International Association of Reiki Professionals (IARP).

Her work is rooted in lived experience — not theory. Every product, every session, and every word she writes comes from walking the road herself and choosing, again and again, to rise.

Our Promise

Founded by a Survivor

Still & Strong Studios wasn't created by a marketing team — it was born from a hospital waiting room, a radiation mask, and the long quiet drives home from Boston. Our founder, Ginny, knows what it's like to face a rare cancer diagnosis, to undergo surgeries and weeks of daily treatments, and to search for comfort in the smallest things. Every item in our boxes is chosen with that experience in mind.

Sourced with Intention

We believe where things come from matters. That's why we partner with American makers and small businesses whenever possible — from the tissue paper in our boxes to the products inside them. Quality you can feel, made by people who care.

The wound is the place where the Light enters you
